Alaska CNA license renewal

Renew CNA License In Alaska

The first thing that you need to do is by getting yourself to contact the Nursing Aide Registry in Alaska. This should be done by you well in advance of two to three months before the card expires.

After doing so the Registry will ask you to mail a re-certification form which will be sent out to the CNA, all this should be done before the license expires.

You should also contact the Alaska board of nursing. They too will ask you to fill up their online renewal request form. Here you are required to show the proof of enjoyment of 160 hours of servicing as a CNA after the license was issued.

Usually the validity period of an Alaska CNA is 24 months from its issuance. The fee required for renewing the CNA license is $40.00, in case there is an issue of inactivity then the state CNA registry can levy further charges on this sum.
